Bob Massie was a 2018 candidate for the Democratic nomination for Governor, is the author of several books and a life-long leader and activist. Massie holds a Masters of Divinity from Yale and a PhD in Business Administration from Harvard. During his career he has created or led a number ofl innovative sustainability-focused organizations including the Global Reporting Initiative, the Investors Network on Climate Risk, Ceres, and the New Economy Coalition. Massie also has a compelling personal story of dealing with classical hemophilia and other serious health issues that has given him a unique perspective on disability and health care. His autobiography, A Song in the Night: a Memoir of Resilience was published in 2012. Friday’s presentation will focus on issues of global leadership, corporate accountability, social justice and climate change.
